A stable and local brand is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join its team! The Kitchen Manager should have experience leading a scratch kitchen and an appreciation for the product. They work closely with the team members to drive operational excellence and best-in-class guest satisfaction. Must have a desire to engage with the guests on a daily basis.

Kitchen Manager Job Qualifications:
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- 2+ years in a leadership role as a Kitchen Manager
- Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- Must be open to working shifts in all areas of responsibility
- Servant Leadership Style and Passion for People
- Polished casual or upscale experience
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
Kitchen Manager Job Requirements:
- Strong background in working in a Scratch Kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees
- Supporting the Recruitment and Retention of team members by creating a culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
- Training and Development procedures as the primary key to success
- Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support promptly
- Strong lens around Flawless Plate presentation for every guest
- Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
