We’re on the hunt for an Executive Kitchen Manager to take the reins of our upscale, scratch-made, farm-to-table kitchen. If you love clean, seasonal cooking and thrive in fast-paced, high-integrity kitchens, this is your moment.
You’ll oversee every aspect of our culinary operations — from sourcing the finest ingredients to plating dishes with intention — all while shaping a team that shares your passion for excellence. What You Bring:
- 5+ years in food service, including 3+ in a leadership role
- Strong vendor and inventory management skills
- A knack for hiring, developing, and retaining top culinary talent
- Mastery of food safety and sanitation standards (Florida regulations a plus)
- Command of BOH operations — purchasing, costing, compliance, scheduling, more
- Scratch cooking expertise and a strong sense for flavor + presentation
- Calm, clear communication even in the heat of service
- Passion for health-forward, seasonal menus made from the freshest ingredients
