Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist – What You’ll Do

• Own all AP/AR processes for our Texas entity
• Set up accounting systems and ensure U.S. compliance
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
• Handle billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Align with month-end close and global reporting calendars
• Prepare documentation for audits and support financial reporting
• Contribute to the setup of scalable accounting practices as we grow

Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist – What You Bring

• Experience in both accounts payable and receivable functions in the Construction Industry
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting standards and tax compliance
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Proven track record working independently in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
