We’re seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at a well-established, full-service restaurant in Savannah, GA. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, scratch-made food, and strong ties to the local community, this concept is looking for a passionate hospitality professional to take the reins and continue building on its success.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing all front- and back-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership approach
• Managing financial performance, including labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Building, training, and mentoring a high-performing team
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience rooted in hospitality and consistency
• Driving local outreach, team culture, and operational excellence

Ideal Background:

• 3–5 years in a General Manager or similar leadership role in full-service dining
• Strong grasp of restaurant financials and operations
• Track record of developing and retaining staff
• Confident, collaborative leadership style
• Comfortable managing high-volume service and fostering a team-oriented environment
