We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Marketing & Communications Manager to join our corporate team in Chicago. This on-site role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple restaurant concepts
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Manage brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to promote seasonal offerings, events, and campaigns
- Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate local promotions, PR efforts, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
- Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
