Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Guide our front-of-house team during service with clear direction, support, and leadership.
- Stay present with guests, proactively resolve concerns, and ensure every visit ends on a positive note.
- Keep service flowing smoothly, troubleshoot disruptions, and maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure we’re well-stocked and organized, so the team can focus on delivering great service.
- Create and manage staff schedules, monitor team performance, and offer in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Contribute to a warm, efficient space that drives sales and promotes long-term success.
Restaurant Manager Requirements
- 3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality, retail, or service industries.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to lead conversations and resolve conflict gracefully.
- A confident, grounded leader who keeps the team focused, positive, and aligned.
- Able to stay calm under pressure, make fast, effective decisions, and keep operations on track.
- A passion for taking care of people, building meaningful guest relationships, and creating a memorable service culture.
