District Manager Overview
As a District Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and enhancing profitability across your region. You’ll be responsible for developing and empowering your team to reach their goals while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. We are looking for a leader who is quick to embrace change, adaptable to new processes, and has a strong focus on people, hospitality, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of restaurant managers to achieve exceptional performance and operational excellence across multiple locations.
- Drive company profitability by ensuring adherence to systems and standards while optimizing restaurant operations.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and coaching team members, helping them reach their full potential.
- Stay agile in a fast-changing environment, quickly adapting to new processes, systems, and tools.
- Organize and manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong communication skills to keep teams aligned and motivated.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a salaried District Manager in the restaurant industry.
- Proven success managing restaurant volumes of $1M+ in annual sales, overseeing 4-8 locations.
- Experience in QSR/Fast Casual dining with Drive-Thru operations is a must.
- A genuine focus on people development, customer hospitality, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
