Director of Operations – Fast-Growing Bubble Tea Brand (Minnesota)
Join a joyful, fast-growing bubble tea brand known for quality and handcrafted drinks. With 12+ Minnesota locations and more coming soon, we're seeking a hands-on, people-first leader to drive operational excellence and team success.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years in multi-unit operations (F&B, QSR, or retail preferred)
- Strong grasp of KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, etc.)
- Experience mentoring young, hourly teams
- Passion for consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Based in or willing to relocate to Minnesota
- Willingness to travel regularly
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee operations across 12+ stores
- Lead by example—coach, support, and stay connected with store teams
- Develop and enforce training, SOPs, and performance standards
- Open new locations and build high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance and collaborate with partner stores in CO & FL
