- Has 3+ years of experience as a GM in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Excels at assembling and training rockstar teams
- Knows the ins and outs of staffing, compliance, and vendor partnerships
- Loves rolling up their sleeves to launch a restaurant from scratch
- Balances the books and keeps labor costs in check
Your Secret Sauce
- Passion for tasting menus, curated wine lists, or innovative service models
- An uncanny ability to build a warm, inviting culture from day one
- Strong presence on the floor, leading by example and delighting guests
- Confident managing the nitty-gritty of restaurant openings: safety, vendors, and logistics
