  • Loves rolling up their sleeves to launch a restaurant from scratch
  • Balances the books and keeps labor costs in check

Your Secret Sauce

  • Passion for tasting menus, curated wine lists, or innovative service models
  • An uncanny ability to build a warm, inviting culture from day one
  • Strong presence on the floor, leading by example and delighting guests
  • Confident managing the nitty-gritty of restaurant openings: safety, vendors, and logistics
