A leading foodservice organization is seeking a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial leader to join its team as Director for Category Management – Market C (micro markets) and Convenience (C-Stores). This role is responsible for developing and executing design, merchandising, and brand strategy for self-checkout micro market and convenience store locations. The position reports to senior marketing leadership and serves as the creative link between marketing, culinary, procurement, and operations teams.

Director for Category Management – Market C & Convenience Benefits/Compensation:

Director for Category Management – Market C & Convenience Responsibilities:

  • Lead merchandising and design strategy for micro markets and convenience stores
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights
  • Develop brand marketing plans, packaging, and signage
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive promotions and innovation

Director for Category Management – Market C & Convenience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of category or brand management experience in CPG, grocery, or convenience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
