We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure outstanding member experiences, and lead a team committed to excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for service.

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications 

  • 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Well-versed in reservation management
  • Skilled in training team members, providing feedback, and coaching
  • Full-service restaurant experience is required

 

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Country club or private club experience is given preference in hiring, but is not required
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
