Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where precision, quality, and craftsmanship come together. As a Precision Grind Operator, you’ll work hands-on with high-tolerance components, using advanced grinding tools and equipment to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Precision Grind Operator Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 90 days of training in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Strong visual acuity and attention to detail for fine component inspection
- Proven record of punctuality, reliability, and ability to work independently
Precision Grind Operator Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and surface grinding machines, making setup and offset changes as needed
- Use loupe magnification and hand tools to inspect, fine-tune, and sharpen precision components
- Accurately log time and part counts using digital systems (LYNQ)
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per 5S and safety standards
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine malfunctions or process issues
