You’ll support the Executive Chef, lead the team during service, and help keep the kitchen running at its best.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and expediting during busy shifts.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper procedures and high morale.
• Collaborate on menu planning, daily specials, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Step into leadership when the Executive Chef is off-duty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience in kitchen leadership or line cook roles is highly preferred.
• ServSafe Certification is recommended.
• Must be comfortable using basic kitchen tech tools (e.g., POS systems, inventory software, Google Workspace, or MS Office).
