Join our local restaurant team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager and become a key player in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You’ll support the Executive Chef, lead the team during service, and help keep the kitchen running at its best.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and expediting during busy shifts.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper procedures and high morale.
- Collaborate on menu planning, daily specials, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Step into leadership when the Executive Chef is off-duty.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience in kitchen leadership or line cook roles is highly preferred.
- ServSafe Certification is recommended.
- Must be comfortable using basic kitchen tech tools (e.g., POS systems, inventory software, Google Workspace, or MS Office).
