🎯 Qualifications:
- Seasoned Seller: 3+ years in automotive parts, salvage, or aftermarket sales.
- Relationship-Driven: You have a book of business and know how to maintain it.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in digital sales tools and inventory platforms (Powerlink a huge plus).
- Industry Insider: Deep knowledge of dismantling, part grades, and salvage pricing.
🛠 Requirements:
- Remote Readiness: Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Communication Pro: Strong negotiation, email, and phone skills.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
