🎯 Qualifications:

  • Seasoned Seller: 3+ years in automotive parts, salvage, or aftermarket sales.
  • Relationship-Driven: You have a book of business and know how to maintain it.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in digital sales tools and inventory platforms (Powerlink a huge plus).
  • Industry Insider: Deep knowledge of dismantling, part grades, and salvage pricing.

  • Remote Readiness: Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Communication Pro: Strong negotiation, email, and phone skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
