A forward-thinking legal tech company based in Florida is revolutionizing personal injury law through cutting-edge technology and streamlined operational support. With a mission to modernize how law firms manage complex litigation, they provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions and are at the forefront of the emerging “Lit-Tech” movement.
The company is now launching a fully integrated, in-house media agency and is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to build and lead this new division. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will drive the company’s media relations, PR, branding, and communications strategy. This high-impact role combines creative vision with strategic leadership to shape public perception, influence media narratives, and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a best-in-class internal media agency
- Define and evolve the company’s brand story and voice
- Lead media strategy, public relations, and messaging
- Oversee integrated marketing and thought leadership campaigns
- Drive executive visibility and industry influence
- Manage internal workflows and external agency partnerships as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, or strategic communications
- Demonstrated leadership in owning strategic communications (either agency-side or in-house)
- Strong media contacts and a confident executive presence
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Strategic, creative, and metrics-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $200,000
- Bonus: 30–40% year-end performance-based bonus
