We’re currently seeking an experienced, first-class Retail Sales Manager to lead our team and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Our customers are like family to us, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment to personalized, relationship-driven service.

What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in antique or high-end furniture sales with a book of clients
- 2+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in a consultative/touch-base sales environment
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- A self-starter who thrives on solving problems and leading by example
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
