We are looking for a driven, client-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing financial advisory team. In this role, you'll focus on building strong client relationships, delivering personalized financial plans, and helping individuals achieve long-term financial success. If you’re proactive, process-driven, and passionate about helping others through sound investment, insurance, and planning strategies, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to attract a defined niche of prospective clients
- Convert leads into clients using a consultative and ethical sales approach (80%+ close rate expected)
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning services tailored to client goals, including:
- Retirement planning
- Tax and estate strategies
- Investment and insurance solutions
- Business succession planning
- Maintain consistent communication and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a client-facing advisory role
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 65 or 66, and either Series 7 or 63
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and wealth management strategies
- Proficient with financial tools such as MoneyGuidePro™, Morningstar®, Excel, Wealthscape℠, and CRM systems (e.g., GoldMine)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and follow-through
