This Director of Hotel Sales position requires residence in sunny Southwest Florida. We are seeking someone with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive the company’s revenue expectations; establishing and directing the goals through motivation and clear communication; ensuring positive relationships; strong sales skills; strategizing; multi-tasking; initiative; and business professionalism.

Director of Hotel Sales Qualifications:
- Communicate corporate directives and information to the sales team.
- Work closely with other departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Hotel, and Food & Beverage, to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
- Support, lead and participate in scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly calls.
- Maintain product knowledge of the brand through established company standards.
- Continue to learn and be on the forefront of new technology for the sales industry
Director of Hotel Sales Requirements:
- Must have large venue sales experience over 40,000 sq feet of meeting space
- On-site sales experience of a large single location
- At least 8 years of operations experience plus 3 years holding a director title
- Florida Market experience is a must!
- Strong leadership skills, advanced problem-solving solving and decision-making skills
- Polished presentation
