Looking for a concept where you can learn and grow? You must have three or more years of BOH salaried management experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking, upscale casual/polished dining, and/or fine dining environments. Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Sous Chef Rewards:

  • A starting salary of $60,000 to $68,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus potential
  • Growth opportunities
  • Full benefits package including a 401k plan

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Salaried BOH management experience in a high-volume, $7,000,000 or more in annual sales, environment
  • Upscale/Polished dining or fine-dining experience is preferred, and the best for our concept
  • Being verbally fluent in English and Spanish is a big plus
  • Previous steakhouse experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage a high-volume scratch kitchen
