Restaurant Manager – North Wales, PA
We’re seeking a dedicated leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive to elevate the guest experience. This is a unique chance to become part of a dynamic, expanding restaurant group that prioritizes a supportive team environment, professional growth, and healthy work-life balance.
Compensation & Perks:
- Starting salary of $55,000 plus a performance-based bonus of $10,000 paid out every four weeks

What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of two years in a leadership role within a high-volume or full-service dining establishment
- Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and managing successful teams
- Solid grasp of operations, including staffing, inventory control, and service flow
- Ability to interpret financial statements and implement cost-saving measures
- Hands-on leadership with a focus on delivering memorable guest interactions
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, inventory management software, and vendor relations
- Team-first mindset with a commitment to accountability and ongoing staff development
