We have a need for a Leader for our busy and widely admired Restaurant. Someone who is trustworthy, hardworking and reliable. We are looking for a winning attitude and the ability to facilitate a world-class guest experience. This position is not for the faint-hearted – it will require a lot of hours at the beginning as you learn the business and build trust with the team. Restaurant Leader Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous Restaurant Leadership experience.
  • Someone that gets things done – has superb time management skills and isn't afraid to hustle
  • Fluent in great routines when it comes to food safety, food quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability in leading 30+ team members to win every day.
  • Provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them coming back.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is very helpful
  • Open to working the hours needed to at the beginning to set themselves, the team and the business up for ongoing success.

Restaurant Leader Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $70 to $75K
  • An additional $10K in annual bonus potential.
