We are seeking a Director of Guest Experience to join our team in the Lake Oconee area. If you are passionate about providing amazing and top-quality experience, meeting new and interesting people, we invite you to join our team.

Director of Guest Experience Requirements:
- Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of recent experience in a private club or luxury concierge position.
- Able to train, lead and supervise the concierge team and provide consistent exemplary service
- Skilled in developing and managing budgets and tracking expenditures.
- Prior experience of planning and coordinating events, including catering and logistics is preferred.
- Discretion and respect when handling confidential information.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Director of Guest Experience Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication
