We are seeking a Director of Guest Experience to join our team in the Lake Oconee area. If you are passionate about providing amazing and top-quality experience, meeting new and interesting people, we invite you to join our team.

Director of Guest Experience Requirements:

  • Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in a private club or luxury concierge position.
  • Able to train, lead and supervise the concierge team and provide consistent exemplary service
  • Skilled in developing and managing budgets and tracking expenditures.
  • Prior experience of planning and coordinating events, including catering and logistics is preferred.
  • Discretion and respect when handling confidential information.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Director of Guest Experience Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
  • Represent the company with integrity and dedication
