We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our award-winning private club in one of the most sought-after luxurious areas in Georgia to oversee our stellar housekeeping team, manage all public spaces and residential areas. Housekeeping Manager Benefits:

·      Salary Range: $65,000-$72,000, plus a great benefits package

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

·      2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major

·      2+ years housekeeping experience in a resort, luxury/full-service hotel, or private club

·      Exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and passion for hospitality

·      Effective communication, both verbal and written, time management and organization skills

·      Naturally positive demeanor and energetic approach to work with a can-do attitude!

·      High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

·      Ability to take initiative, identifying needs and opportunities with minimal oversight

·      Excellent guest service and passion for hospitality

 

Housekeeping Manager Duties:

·      Coach and develop a team of housekeeping associates to ensure the highest level of service

·      Oversee, audit, and inspect the work of housekeeping associates

·      Ensure adequate supplies and verifies all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms

·      Participate in daily huddles and continually communicate a clear and consistent message

·      Use all available training tools to train team and provide follow-up training as necessary

·      Schedules employees to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial goals are met

·      Investigate and rectify all housekeeping concerns reported by members and guests

·      Celebrate successes and recognize the contributions of team members

·      Manage the P&L, develop the budget, and be efficient on all Microsoft systems
