Do you want to work for a wonderful well established club and have a great work life balance with 4 weeks off? If you answered yes apply now to be our next controller working with a great team!! Golf club or country club experience is required. We offer a salary of $85,000 PLUS BONUS and a good benefit program!

Controller Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing financial statements and budgets
  • Responsible for working closely with management to guide them in making strategic business decisions
  • Responsible for payroll
  • Responsible for overseeing banking and insurance relationships
  • Annually work with third party auditors on tax returns and annual reporting
  • Supervise and train direct reports
  • Work hand in hand with the General Manager and Board

Controller Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years as a Controller
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Club Essential software preferred or similar private club centric programs like Jonas.
  • Self starter and detail oriented
  • Payroll expertise
  • Experience working in a golf club, country club setting is preferred

Controller Benefits:

  • Solid salary of $85,000
