Growing restaurant brand looking for an accomplished Kitchen Manager with a passion for people and profitability. The concept has grown steadily over the last 15+ years due to a commitment to the team members and guests.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Background:
- 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager or Chef in a similar casual dining brand and may consider strong fast-casual brands
- Continued career progression and track record for producing results
- Willingness to become a champion of our strong culture and focus on people
- Expert in quality food service delivery and savvy with restaurant financials
- Ability to source, develop and retain exceptional talent to grow strong teams
- 100% scratch cooking, every recipe is developed with great care and must be made with precision
- Never compromise on quality and brand standards
- HEAVY CATERING, this location is a hub for the Jacksonville catering business. Candidate should have2+ years and strong offsite event deliver in addition to takeout order
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Compensation :
- Competitive salary plus bonus potential
