Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster an environment of excellence and collaboration, offering strategic guidance and leadership to the restaurant team.
  • Provide seamless service, uphold impeccable quality standards, and enhance operational efficiency in the restaurant's day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director to help implement business strategies to boost revenue growth and achieve financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to support the restaurant's menus and ensure the chef's culinary vision exceeds guest expectations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor employees, cultivating a motivated and high-achieving workforce.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive innovation and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including elite fine dining steps service, wine knowledge, inventory management, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise as a General Manager or in a senior management position within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Michelin level, James Beard awarded or fine dining establishment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a talented team.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a successful track record of cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude, effectively engaging with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, employing a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Adaptability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
