A fine Dining Restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Chef to support their Restaurant with Latin flavor.
Executive Chef Benefits and Compensation:
· Menu creativity and designing Latin dishes from a scratch environment.
· Salary in the 84,000 to 94,000 range plus bonus eligibility
· Health Insurance and PTO Benefits
Executive Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:
· Culinary leader with hands-on approach.
· Ensure the company’s high-quality standards and policy are followed.
· Responsible for back-of-the-house operations.
· Train and coach staff while developing a teamwork culture.
