Restaurant General Manager Requirements / Responsibilities:

You must have 3+ years in a Restaurant General Manager title role
You must have current experience in full-service concepts that serve LBW
You must have a track record of Company loyalty and tenure
You must have a strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
You must have a passion for genuine leadership and teamwork
You must have a love for genuine hospitality and service standards of excellence
You will manage location financials, P&L and budget / forecasting
You will drive sales and activity for your location
