District Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of restaurant operations experience; drive-thru experience preferred
  • Proven track record and success managing multiple units/stores with P&L responsibility
  • Proficiency in Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems preferred
  • Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and coach several levels of staff
  • Advanced ability to implement and execute processes given strategic direction
  • Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish Highly preferred
