District Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of restaurant operations experience; drive-thru experience preferred
- Proven track record and success managing multiple units/stores with P&L responsibility
- Proficiency in Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems preferred
- Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and coach several levels of staff
- Advanced ability to implement and execute processes given strategic direction
- Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
- Bilingual – English/Spanish Highly preferred
