Vice President of Structural Engineering Benefits/Compensation

Vice President of Structural Engineering Requirements/Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership experience
- Strong technical and business development skills
- Experience managing large-scale building projects (excluding bridges)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Lead the structural engineering team, ensuring high-quality project execution
- Drive business development efforts and client engagement
- Oversee structural designs for commercial and municipal projects
- Manage budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and Florida-specific regulations
- Mentor engineers and project managers to foster professional growth
