Vice President of Structural Engineering Requirements/Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required
10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership experience
Strong technical and business development skills
Experience managing large-scale building projects (excluding bridges)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Lead the structural engineering team, ensuring high-quality project execution
Drive business development efforts and client engagement
Oversee structural designs for commercial and municipal projects
Manage budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and Florida-specific regulations
Mentor engineers and project managers to foster professional growth
