Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
  • Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives. 
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with management, and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation 
  • Always create a great guest experience
  • Help manage FOH daily operations

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Busy Upscale Restaurant
  • Passion for great guest service
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexible schedule – available nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability and passion for leading a team
  • Must not have had more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
