Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with management, and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation
- Always create a great guest experience
- Help manage FOH daily operations
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Busy Upscale Restaurant
- Passion for great guest service
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible schedule – available nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability and passion for leading a team
- Must not have had more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
