Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership
Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control
Experience with training and mentoring
Excellent integrity and character
Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
Servant and hands-on leadership style
