Regional Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Retail Sales Experience In a Commission-Based Environment
- 5+ Years of Experience Leading a Professional Sales Team In a Touch Base Sales Environment
- Ability to Train and Develop Sales Professionals to Achieve Sales Goals
- Self-Starter, Problem Solver, and Collaborative Leader
- Can Work Flexible Schedule and Available Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays when Needed
