Regional Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

5+ Years of Retail Sales Experience In a Commission-Based Environment
5+ Years of Experience Leading a Professional Sales Team In a Touch Base Sales Environment
Ability to Train and Develop Sales Professionals to Achieve Sales Goals
Self-Starter, Problem Solver, and Collaborative Leader
Can Work Flexible Schedule and Available Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays when Needed
