Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of progressive resort food and beverage leadership
Stable work history in an upscale Resort.
Superior time management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams, outlets, and departments
Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools / Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Able to work in a Hands-on environment at a fast pace.
Deep understanding of F&B preparation techniques, health department, and liquor law regulations

Director of Food & Beverage Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee all food and beverage outlets and activities to ensure timely execution and exceptional guest experiences
Lead departmental budgeting and regularly monitor financial performance
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring operations remain competitive and profitable
Uphold and improve quality standards across service and product offerings
