Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching, development, and hiring of staff!
  • Creating a welcoming experience for your guests and staff!
  • Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
  • Working in tandem with the General Manager to accomplish store goals!
  • Encouraging a FUN environment!

Assistant General Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Casual Dining segment!
  • Full-service restaurant experience required!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
  • Alcohol and Beverage experience required!
