Executive Chef Requirements:
- Steak house experience required
- Experience with high volume
- P&L management
- experience leading a team to be the best
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience as an Executive Chef
- ServSafe Manager Certification,
- Must be able to handle high volume and deliver nothing short of perfection
- Desire to be the best
- Solid tenure
