Requirements for Engineering Manager

Proactive in fixing a problem before it is a problem
Ability to follow a budget, and make financially sound decisions independently
Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
Excellent communicator – both verbally and written – and a team player
Comfortable with spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
Preferred to have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchens
Preferred to have a maintenance background in hospitality
Solution-oriented
