District Manager Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit leadership within a QSR brand
  • Proven success improving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze P&L and identify trends
  • Experience coaching GMs on labor, execution, and team engagement
  • Skilled in audits, compliance, and brand standards enforcement
  • Food Safety Certification and valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
  • High-volume QSR experience
  • Track record of building bench strength and internal promotions
  • Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
