We are a well-established and well-reputed restaurant group looking for a General Manager in our upscale, polished casual concept in the Twin Cities suburbs. The environment is a fun, energetic, and hip place to be for both clientele and employees. We are looking for a positive, team-oriented, and results-oriented Manager to join our growing team! The perfect Restaurant Manager will lead by example and be an instrumental part of growing the brand!

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

Prior GM experience of at least 3 years
Prior experience in a full-service dining environment
Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset
Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million
A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees
