We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a unique, community-focused concept that blends a restaurant, wine shop, and specialty foods market. This role is ideal for an emerging hospitality leader who is passionate about great food, wine, guest service, and building a welcoming neighborhood destination. Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $50,000–$55,000
  • Uncapped bonus potential tied to top-line sales performance

Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or a strong supervisor ready to step up
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience (formal wine certifications not required)
  • Comfortable leading a smaller, close-knit team in a hands-on environment
  • Strong people skills with a warm, service-driven leadership style
  • Ability to work in an operation that needs structure, consistency, and care
  • Solid understanding of basic P&L concepts, scheduling, and labor management
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant and market operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Lead, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Drive sales through hospitality, merchandising, and community engagement
  • Manage schedules, labor costs, and basic financial controls
  • Partner with ownership to improve systems, consistency, and overall performance
  • Be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality and teamwork
