Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary of $50,000–$55,000
Uncapped bonus potential tied to top-line sales performance

Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications:

Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or a strong supervisor ready to step up
Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience (formal wine certifications not required)
Comfortable leading a smaller, close-knit team in a hands-on environment
Strong people skills with a warm, service-driven leadership style
Ability to work in an operation that needs structure, consistency, and care
Solid understanding of basic P&L concepts, scheduling, and labor management
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant and market operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
Lead, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Drive sales through hospitality, merchandising, and community engagement
Manage schedules, labor costs, and basic financial controls
Partner with ownership to improve systems, consistency, and overall performance
Be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality and teamwork
