A well-established law firm is seeking a team-oriented Senior Associate to join its Trusts & Estates practice in Naples. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of private client experience, with a strong background in sophisticated planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced estate, gift, and GST tax planning
Drafting complex estate planning documents
Assisting with trust and estate administration
Managing complex projects and assignments independently and collaboratively

Qualifications:

5+ years of private client / trusts & estates experience
Excellent academic and professional credentials
Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
