A well-established law firm is seeking a team-oriented Senior Associate to join its Trusts & Estates practice in Naples. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of private client experience, with a strong background in sophisticated planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced estate, gift, and GST tax planning
  • Drafting complex estate planning documents
  • Assisting with trust and estate administration
  • Managing complex projects and assignments independently and collaboratively

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of private client / trusts & estates experience
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
