We’re seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in asbestos cases to join a dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes, complex matters for major corporate clients while working alongside respected trial lawyers.

Key Highlights:

Lead and manage complex asbestos litigation from case strategy to resolution
Oversee discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with trial teams and clients to develop winning case strategies
Mentor junior attorneys and direct the work of support staff
Engage in client relationship development and professional networking

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in California
3–5 years of asbestos litigation experience required
Proven track record with mass torts, complex litigation, or related practice areas
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
