Litigation Attorney Insurance Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
Experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes strongly preferred
Familiarity with insurance policy review, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently

Litigation Attorney Insurance Preferred Background & Skills

Previous experience at a large law firm
Exposure to a broad range of insurance coverage disputes on the policyholder side
Interest in long-term growth within the Atlanta legal market

Litigation Attorney Insurance Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Represent policyholders in insurance coverage disputes
Review and interpret insurance policies to advise clients on coverage issues and strategy
Support litigation matters through legal research, drafting, and advocacy
Analyze case law and develop recommendations for clients and litigation teams
Collaborate within teams to deliver high-quality legal work in a collegial, supportive setting

This role is primarily in-office, offering the chance to help shape a growing group without New York or DC cost of living. Candidates with policyholder-side experience and a desire to build their career in Atlanta are strongly encouraged to apply.
