Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
- 2+ years of multi-unit experience operating concepts with breakfast, lunch, and late-night business.
- Creates and communicates a vision for the units based on the company business plan.
- Coaches and role models to move the business forward. Has a high personal standard and sets clear expectations.
- Passionate about the business.
- Self-starter, drives for great results and wants to make things better.
- People oriented leadership
