Front of House Floor & Bar Manager

Upscale, High‑Volume Restaurant – Dallas, TX

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Floor & Bar Manager to join an elevated, design‑forward, independent restaurant known for high standards, exceptional hospitality, and a refined guest experience. This role is ideal for a polished operator with strong wine knowledge, a service‑driven mindset, and the ability to lead confidently without heavy corporate structure.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily FOH and bar operations with a strong floor presence
Uphold elevated service standards and “old‑school” hospitality
Train, coach, and mentor FOH and bar teams
Manage bar quality, inventory, ordering, and product controls
Support scheduling, labor awareness, and nightly financial processes
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle recovery with professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, high‑energy dining room and bar environment

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of management experience in fine dining, upscale, steakhouse, or high‑profile restaurants
Strong wine knowledge (varietals, regions, pairings)
Confident operating in an independent, non‑corporate environment
High‑volume experience and a refined service skill set
Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Warm, polished communication and guest‑focused leadership
Basic understanding of P&L components (COGS, inventory, invoices)
