We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be a liaison for our Operations and HR leaders. Our portfolio includes hospitality venues, so some prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or venue is needed. Being fluent in Spanish is another prerequisite. HR Coordinator Qualifications:

2+ years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Some prior operational knowledge working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality firm is necessary for relatability.

HR Coordinator Requirements:

Ability to provide support for all HR and Training functions
Superb time and deadline management skills
Strong people skills in dealing with everyone from Team Members to Senior Leadership
Meticulous attention to detail in your work, as well as validating other submissions that cross your desk.
