We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of heavy civil and site development projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to assist with project coordination, documentation, cost tracking, and field support.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to gain hands-on experience and grow into a full Project Manager role.

Assistant Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Assist with scheduling, job cost tracking, and cost-to-complete updates
• Prepare and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assist with quantity tracking, material ordering, and reporting
• Participate in project meetings, site walks, and inspections
• Support safety and environmental compliance efforts

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in civil construction, engineering, or project coordination
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); construction software a plus
