Head Chef Requirements and Qualifications:

Good career tenure.
2 plus years of experience in the role of Head Chef.
Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required.
Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations.
Coaching and developing the kitchen staff.
Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
Motivating the team through thick and thin.
