We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team and help drive the daily success of a vibrant, high-volume hospitality concept. This role is ideal for an experienced food and beverage professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with empathy and excellence, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM will oversee daily operations, team development, and financial performance, ensuring service standards remain exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in mentoring teams, managing details, and fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.

Assistant General Manager – Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong background in guest service, with a commitment to excellence and professionalism
- Financial acumen, including experience managing labor, sales, and cost of goods
- Hands-on, organized, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for hospitality, quality food, and fostering a positive work culture
Assistant General Manager – Must Haves
- Ability to oversee and support daily operations, serving as Manager on Duty as needed
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery
- Experience managing schedules, training, and staff performance
- Knowledge of inventory, food and beverage operations, and merchandising standards
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive, collaborative mindset — leading by example with professionalism and enthusiasm
