A career recruiter, Sarah knows how much the right hire can impact a team, a project, and a timeline. People enjoy working with her because she’s straightforward, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting it right.
Sarah accepted an administrative position in 2013 at a specialized recruiting firm. She learned the business by being submerged in it, observationally, from the ground up. In 2015 she stepped fully into the recruiting industry, starting on the candidate side. She quickly developed a knack for sourcing and relationship-building. It took her a little longer to really learn the market. After several years of success, she was ready to accept clients, partnering directly with companies as a third-party recruiter while continuing to guide candidates through the hiring process. In 2025 she left the firm she came up in to join Goodwin Recruiting and expand her areas of expertise and geographical reach.
At the core of Sarah’s work is a simple truth about her purpose in life: making connections. Meaningful connections that lead to helping people and organizations move forward. Whether that’s a candidate making a career change or a client building out a team, Sarah believes in the work she does and values being part of the process. She’s mindful to keep her finger on the pulse of the industries and markets she supports. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and being someone people come to rely on over time.
